Same-Day Event Video Editing in Jaipur

Your event film, before your event ends. Illusionary Realm shoots and edits on site, so the highlight of how the whole day felt is ready in hours, not days: on the big screen before the DJ night or after-party, and on your socials while the buzz is still on.

What's Included

Same-Day Highlight Film

A short film that captures the energy of the day, cut while the event is still running and ready to play before it closes.

On-Site Editor

A dedicated editor works at the venue with a laptop edit station, pulling footage from the cameras through the day.

Big-Screen Ready

Exported for your LED wall or projector, so the room can watch its own day back at the closing session, gala or party.

Social Cuts

Vertical reels and short clips for Instagram and LinkedIn, ready to post the same evening while people are still talking about it.

Music Approved in Advance

We share the proposed track with you before the event, so the edit can start the moment the first footage comes in.

Full Coverage Alongside

Pair it with full event coverage: the highlight plays on the night and the complete film follows afterwards.

Why Teams Choose Our Same-Day Edits

Hours, not days. The film is edited during your event, not after it. That is the difference between a recap people watch together and one they scroll past next week.
End on a high note. Play the highlight before the DJ night, the after-party or the closing address, and send everyone home on the best moment of the day.
One crew, start to finish. The same in-house team shoots and edits, so the editor knows what is coming and nothing waits on a handover.
Built for events. Our live-event experience, multi-camera crews and pro audio mean the footage arriving at the edit desk is already usable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a same-day edit?

It is an event highlight film that is shot and edited during the event itself, so it can be shown or shared before the event ends instead of being delivered days later.

When is the film ready?

We plan the timing around your run of show and agree a screening slot in advance, typically before the closing session, gala dinner, DJ night or after-party.

What do we get?

We agree the length and formats at the brief: a highlight film for the big screen, vertical reels for Instagram, or both.

Does same-day editing cost more?

Yes. A same-day turnaround needs a dedicated on-site editor and edit station on top of the shoot crew, so it is priced above standard delivery. Share your event details and we will quote.

Which music will you use?

We share the proposed music with you for approval before editing starts. Changing music after approval means re-cutting the film, so we lock it early. You can also give us royalty-free music you already have.

Will we still get a full event film?

Yes, if you book it. Same-day editing can be added to our event coverage, so you get the highlight on the night and the complete film afterwards.
